3. Subscription

• Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Access is contingent on continued compliance with these Terms.

4. No guarantee of returns

All recommendations carry market risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No assured returns are offered.

5. Intellectual property

All research, reports, and content remain the property of Divya Khurana. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divya Khurana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the services. Liability, if any, is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or sharing of credentials, without refund.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, without prejudice to the investor's right to approach SEBI / SCORES / SMARTODR.
