- Right to receive fair and unbiased research recommendations.
- Right to know all material disclosures and conflicts of interest.
- Right to privacy and confidentiality of personal information.
- Right to grievance redressal within stipulated timelines.
- Right to approach SEBI / SCORES / SMARTODR for unresolved grievances.
Expectations from investors (do's & don'ts)
- Read all documents and risk disclosures carefully before subscribing.
- Deal only with SEBI registered intermediaries — verify registration before paying.
- Do not rely on assured-return claims; such claims are prohibited.
- Maintain records of payments and communications.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Step 1: Write to grievance@divyakhurana.in. Acknowledgement within 1 working day; resolution within 21 calendar days.
Step 2: If unresolved, lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES at https://scores.sebi.gov.in.
