Refund Policy

General principle

Subscription fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable as services (research recommendations, market notes, dashboard access) are made available immediately upon activation.

Exceptions

  • Duplicate payment: The duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
  • Service not rendered: If the service could not be activated due to an error on our side, a full refund will be processed.
  • Pro-rata refund (discretionary): In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergency on submission of proof), a pro-rata refund for the unutilised period may be considered at the sole discretion of the Research Analyst.

Process

Refund requests must be sent to grievance@divyakhurana.in with the subscription details and reason. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

What is non-refundable

  • Subscriptions cancelled mid-term for reasons of dissatisfaction with recommendations or market performance.
  • Subscriptions terminated for breach of Terms or sharing of credentials.
  • One-time research reports already delivered.
